I have taken your CHF formulas since the early 1990’s. As a complete program I feel they have improved and maintained my overall health. However, CHF# 2 (Cal Mag) is the formula that I noticed the most direct benefit from.
In the last 10 years, I have been involved in heavy construction work in the Colorado Rocky Mountains at 9500 elevation with winter temperatures below zero, and in the Mexican Baja with temperatures in the 90’s with high humidity. When I fail to take the CHF# 2 or run out, I suffer from severe leg cramps in the nighttime hours. Also, I have found that increasing my daily recommended intake of CHF# 2 during periods of heavy physical labor, particularly in the cold weather, eliminates cramping in the legs and arms.

Prior to being introduced to Country Health formulas in 1992, I could not find medicines or vitamins that agreed with my system. Myelodysplasia was the medical term attached to my condition. The only definitive therapy “they” said was bone marrow transplantation. That was twelve years ago.
Since taking the vitamins, recent blood test suggests no signs of Myelodysplasia. In fact, I have been able to tackle some major projects, among them: I have become certified as a teacher, produced my first board game and won a National Teaching Award sponsored by NASDAQ.
I still take Country Health Formulas as I have found no viable substitutes. It is difficult to say which of these products have provided me the most benefit, but certain ones must always line my shelf—CHF# 40 (Colostrum) and CHF# 49 (Infection Fighter). I simply never want to be without them!

I have been using the CHF# 49 for the last 10 to 12 years. It is wonderful. I haven’t had a regular antibiotic since I have been on the CHF# 49. I usually take two every day, and then if I start feeling bad, I usually take two or three every hour until I feel better. My husband takes them when he starts feeling bad and my two daughters do also. They are better for your body.

The things that have helped me of Dr. Klassens products are many. I had a tumor on my glands, a bump the size of an orange in my left side. I used CHF #55 Essiac Tea for one year. Since then, I have not had trouble with it or felt the bump. I used CHF 55 Essiac Tea once a year for prevention. Lately, I used it for swelling joints in Rheumatoid Arthritis and they got better.
I also use CHF 37 Pain, six per day for pain. It keeps most of the pain away, enough that I can work again.
I have had trouble with my left eye also. Dr. Klassen said a cataract was starting and had me use Vitamin E oil in it. I had my eyes checked later and I mentioned the cataract. He said there is no sign anymore.
I really like to use CHF 57 Immune Multi for a daily vitamin. It helps with energy and well being. CHF 18 B- Complex is also very helpful for the tired feeling I have each morning.
I find CHF 25 Allergies helpful in controlling my bad breathing symptoms during allergy season.
For a bad sinus cold a higher dose of CHF 36 Vit A for four days plus CHF 65 Zinc Lozenges has gotten rid of the problem in four to five days.
I have also had help in using CHF 77 Sports Cream on my back shoulders and ankles.
The CHF 80 Magnetic Bracelet and CHF 82 Qlink have helped with pain also.
The CHF 85 Natural Shampoo I like better than any other brand.

As one of your research students, I have seen several people get healthier by using your products. I have seen cancer victims go into remission by following your nutritional program. I believe you CHF 55 Essiac Tea, CHF 17 Enzymes and CHF 74 Pau D’Arco plus are the key ingredients to beating this killer disease.
As far as my favorite supplement goes, that is a very difficult choice. I or someone in my family have tried just about every one and we can always tell a difference while we are using them. P.S. I thought it would interest you to hear this testimony. A mother brought her ten year old daughter to me last Fall for therapy on her back after her fall.
